Terms & Conditions

By downloading, registering, or using the PlugOne mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PlugOne Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("PlugOne," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at B2-502, Ashadeep Rainbow, Jeerota, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 303905, India.

• "PlugOne Wallet" means the prepaid digital wallet maintained within the Platform for payment of EV charging services. • "Charging Station" means the electric vehicle charging infrastructure operated by charging network partners listed on the Platform. • "Session" means a single EV charging transaction initiated and completed through the Platform. • "network partner" means charging network partner — a third-party operator of charging stations listed on the Platform.

The Platform is available to individuals who are (a) at least 18 years of age, (b) legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and (c) residents of India. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. PlugOne reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be ineligible.

You must register using a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per individual is permitted. You must not share your account or OTP with any third party. PlugOne reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating this provision. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.

5.1 The PlugOne Wallet is a prepaid payment instrument regulated under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and RBI guidelines. 5.2 Minimum top-up amount: ₹100. Maximum wallet balance: ₹10,000 (as per RBI semi-closed PPI limits). 5.3 Wallet funds may only be used for EV charging services on the Platform. 5.4 Wallet balance is non-transferable to other users or bank accounts unless a refund is processed as per our Refund Policy. 5.5 In case of account closure, remaining balance will be refunded after deducting applicable charges within 7 business days.

6.1 PlugOne acts as a technology and payment facilitator. Charging services are provided by independent network partners. 6.2 Charging rates are set by network partners and may vary by station, time, and connector type. PlugOne displays estimated costs but actual charges may differ based on actual energy consumed. 6.3 PlugOne is not responsible for station unavailability, hardware failures, power outages, or charging interruptions caused by network partners or grid conditions. 6.4 Sessions are auto-terminated if the connector is unplugged. Partial sessions are charged for the actual energy consumed.

All transactions on the Platform are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian tax law. GST invoices are generated automatically for each charging session and are available in-app and via email. PlugOne's GSTIN: 08AABCP1234A1Z5. Prices displayed are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Platform; (c) create fake accounts or misuse wallet credits; (d) interfere with the operation of charging stations; (e) engage in fraudulent chargebacks; (f) use automated scripts to interact with the Platform. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of PlugOne Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlugOne's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. PlugOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of data, vehicle damage, or property damage arising from use of charging services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be addressed through PlugOne's internal grievance mechanism. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The courts of Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitrable matters.

PlugOne reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
